Thank you for choosing Exquisite Handmade Home Decor. Each hand-embroidered velvet pillow is a work of art, meticulously crafted by skilled artisans. To ensure your pillow remains as beautiful as the day you received it, please follow these guidelines:
1. Washing Dry clean only. Do not machine wash or hand wash. Submerging the pillow in water will damage the delicate velvet texture and may cause the intricate hand-embroidery threads to warp or shrink.
2. Stain Removal If a spill occurs, spot clean immediately. Gently blot the affected area with a clean, dry, and highly absorbent cloth. Do not rub or scrub, as this can crush the velvet pile and fray the delicate embroidery.
3. Ironing Never iron directly on the velvet surface or the embroidery. To remove wrinkles, use a garment steamer from a safe distance (4-6 inches) or turn the pillow cover inside out and iron on the lowest heat setting.
4. Display & Storage Keep the pillows away from prolonged exposure to harsh direct sunlight to prevent the rich velvet colors from fading. Gently plump the pillow on a regular basis to maintain its fullness and shape.
