1. Gentle Cleaning

  • We recommend hand washing in cool or cold water.

  • Use a small amount of mild detergent suitable for the fabric.

  • Do not soak the item for an extended period.

  • Do not rub the fabric or embroidery directly.

  • Do not use bleach or harsh cleaning products.

For delicate fabrics or intricate embroidery, professional dry cleaning is recommended when deeper cleaning is necessary.

2. Do Not Wring or Twist

After washing, do not wring, twist, or squeeze the item aggressively.

Gently press out excess water using a clean towel, then lay the item flat or hang it appropriately to air dry.

This helps prevent the fabric from becoming distorted and protects the delicate embroidery.

3. Drying

  • Dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

  • Do not tumble dry or use high heat.

  • Avoid hanging a heavily soaked item from a single point, as the weight of the water may stretch the fabric.

4. Ironing

When ironing:

  • Turn the item inside out before ironing.

  • Use a low to medium temperature, appropriate for the fabric.

  • Place a clean, thin cloth over the embroidered area before ironing.

  • Never place the iron directly on the embroidery.

Do not iron directly over the embroidered surface, as heat and pressure may affect the texture and shape of the stitches.

5. Storage

When storing the item for an extended period:

  • Make sure it is clean and completely dry before storage.

  • Fold gently and avoid creating sharp creases across the embroidered areas.

  • Store in a fabric bag or a clean, dry, well-ventilated place.

  • Keep away from high humidity, direct sunlight, and excessive heat.

  • Do not place heavy objects on top of the embroidery.

  • For cushions, gently reshape and fluff them regularly to help maintain their original form.
